Registration Forms & Prospectus is available from 01.10.2019 for the session 2020-21 in the School Office on all working days, between 09:00am to 5:00pm on a payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only).
Parents can also Submit Online Registration Form
Only those who qualify in the entrance tests shall be admitted in the school.
At the time of Admission please bring along the following:
1. 4 passport size photographs of the candidate
2. 2 passport size photographs of each parent/guardian.
3. Birth Certificate.
4. The age limits being as follows.
Minimum Age eligibility:- (As considered on 1st April)
Play group 1.5 yrs+
Montessori-I 2.5 yrs+
Montessori-II 3 yrs+
Montessori-III 4 yrs+
Also SXPS welcomes the students within class-v from non-english medium schools, who went to change the medium to English
5. Latest report card (if applicable)
6. Blood Group
7. Aadhar card
8. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from previous School
9. Any special certificate (related to State-level, National-level, International-level sports/extra-curricular activities)*If applicable
