WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR STUDENTS
Parents who intend to withdraw their ward from the school and apply for a Portal Transfer Certificate (T.C.) issued through the BanglarShiksha Portal are hereby informed that:
- The T.C. application must be submitted on or before 15th February 2026.
- Applicable only for students studying in the current academic session.
- The T.C. will be issued only after submission of a written application at the School Office, duly signed by the legal parent(s).
- Parents are required to inform the School Office of their intention to withdraw their ward on or before 15th February 2026.
Important Instructions:
1. If the application for T.C. is not submitted within the stipulated date, no Transfer Certificate will be issued under any circumstances.
2. The reason for leaving the school and the name of the new destination school must be clearly mentioned in the application.
3.Transfer Certificate will not be issued unless all school dues are fully cleared.
4. A fee of ₹1000/- is payable towards T.C. charges.
5. Reversal of a withdrawal request after the due date will require fresh admission, subject to availability of seats and school norms.
Parents are requested to take note of the above instructions and act accordingly.
