Parent–Teacher Meeting Scheduled on 11 July 2026

St. Xavier’s Public School, Bagnan, is pleased to inform all parents and guardians that the Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Unit Test I has been scheduled on Saturday, 11 July 2026.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss each student’s academic performance, share feedback, and distribute the Unit Test I Report Card. Parents are encouraged to attend the meeting and interact with the class teachers to support their child’s overall growth and learning.

Important Instructions

• Parents are requested to attend the PTM only during the allotted time for their ward’s class.
• Kindly ensure that the school fees are paid up to the 2nd Quarter before collecting the Unit Test I Mark Sheet.
• Your participation is valuable and will help strengthen the partnership between parents and the school in ensuring the academic success of every student.
